We are committed to producing safe, dependable, high-quality natural & organic agronomic inputs.
Chitosan or Chitin are natural bio-control active ingredients found in the shells of crustaceans, such as lobsters, crabs, shrimps and many other organisms
Chitosan is used in agriculture as a natural seed treatment, plant growth enhancer, and as an ecologically friendly biopesticide substance that boosts the innate ability of plants to defend themselves against fungal infections.
Chitosan applications for plants and crops are regulated by the EPA, and the USDA regulates its use on organic certified farms and crops. EPA-approved, biodegradable chitosan products are allowed for use outdoors and indoors on plants and crops grown commercially and by consumers.
Chitosan is 100% Organic plant food, and so much more…
Chitin fortifies a plant from the inside out, causing an “auto-immune” response that signals a plant to produce natural toxins which fend off its natural enemies like pests and fungal pathogens. Chitosan defends against botrytis (grey mold), powdery mildew, early and late blight, fungal pathogens in the root zone (root rot) and root-feeding nematodes.
